About Founder
Triona Chelliah is the founder and Managing Director of Pathfinder Relocation Services. Triona started as a relocation consultant in Malaysia in April 1996. She progressed rapidly to become the General Manager of an International Relocation company. And in 2001 Triona founded Pathfinder Relocation Services with her own unique personal formula.
Under Triona’s hands-on leadership and guidance, Pathfinder has gone from strength to strength to become one of the leading relocation service providers in Malaysia with numerous awards from Global Mobility Companies for Excellence in Service Delivery.
In 2009, Pathfinders Relocation was the only company in Malaysia to hold the EuRA Global Quality Seal and has been recertified till 2023. Triona is a familiar face in the global relocations industry and regularly attends industry conferences and events worldwide.

Pathfinder Relocation Services obtained the EuRA Global Quality Seal in 2009. Based on the ISO 9001 process management model, the EuRA Global Quality Seal specifies the processes and KPIs that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services. As a member which has been awarded and re-certified the Eura Global Quality Seal, Pathfinder Relocation Services demonstrates a total commitment to quality.
The key elements of our approach to quality are based on the following principles:
- Our professional and caring team of consultants are committed to offering the highest standards of Quality in the relocation industry. Our aim is always to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
- The Directors and Managers are committed to maintaining compliance with all statutory, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements.

Pathfinder Relocation Services Sdn. Bhd. was founded as a unique Relocation Services Provider in Malaysia.
October 2003
Pathfinder selected to join RELOC8 the Asia Pacific Relocation Group and the Worldwide ERC, Global Workforce Mobility Council.
April 2007
Pathfinder selected to join EuRA the European Relocations Association.
